WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Services & Treatments:
All payments for services, treatments, and prepayments are strictly non-refundable. This includes instances of change of mind, no-shows, or appointment cancellations outside the rescheduling window.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR MISS MY APPOINTMENT?
First Trial Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A one-time reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice.
Repeated rescheduling will incur a $21.80 administrative fee (non-refundable).
No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice will lead to prepayment forfeiture.
For all appointments
A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals beyond this will result in automatic cancellation.

FIRST TRIAL PROMOTIONS T&Cs:
The terms and conditions stated below (“Terms and Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed by every customer of Bioskin (“customer/(s)”). By making a payment/ booking at Bioskin, the customers are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Bioskin reserves its right to change, amend, add, or withdraw any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and the customers shall be bound by such changes. In the event of any dispute, Bioskin’s decision shall be final.
Eligibility:
• For customers aged 21 years and above who are new to Bioskin or haven't visited in the past 12 months.
• Valid for Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents (PR), Employment Pass (EP) holders, and Skilled Pass (S-Pass) holders.
• First trial promotions are not valid for package or welcome package customers. Repeat customers or those with multiple visits
should contact our customer service to verify eligibility before making payment.
Appointments & Payment:
• Prices for services and promotions are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
• Strictly by appointment, on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a booking/appointment, a prepayment + GST is required.
• Promotion must be redeemed within three months from the date of claim.
• Respond to the confirmation call/ WhatsApp/ message 48 hours before your appointment to avoid auto-cancellation by the system.
• A one-time reschedule is permitted with a 48-hour notice. Repeated rescheduling incurs a $21.80 surcharge, non-refundable for
subsequent no-shows.
• A festive surcharge of $21.80 applies to trial appointments three weeks before New Year and Chinese New Year.
NO REFUND POLICY:
• All payments, services, and treatments are non-refundable. In the event of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, the prepayment
will be forfeited.
Scheduled Appointment Day:
• Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at the outlet for verification.
• A 15-minute grace period is permitted. Late arrivals will result in cancellation.
